Was really really excited to support such an amazing business, and it was the perfect present for my parents being their favourite champagne pommery, but when they opened the gift it was Lanson champagne. Really disappointing I wasn’t notified or I would not have ordered the gift.

As you can imagine we have also just had our busiest season with record sales and incredible support from our Noosa Gift Co. community both near & far. We pride ourselves on supporting over 80 small businesses from the region and we recently added a french champagne to the collection for the Christmas period due to our customer requests. Pommery is our champagne of choice due to the importer we deal with being located locally as per our company ethos of supporting local wherever and whenever possible. We sold out of the Pommery Piccolo's early in the season and it seems your order, as were many others, was replaced with Lanson, a champagne of equal value and status noted to be in the top 10 selling champagnes in the world before we had received our next order of Pommery. In the interest of shipping orders promptly and deliveries arriving in time to loved ones for Christmas this is a decision we made albeit with no complaints until now! Please accept our sincere apologies for this terrible disappointment for your all and we do hope your parents did manage to enjoy their gift and took some pleasure in trying something new.
