Orders made by 10am AEST time will be dispatched the same business day.

Noosa Gift Co. offers the following shipping options:

Shipping offered Mon-Wednesday ONLY -we don’t want your goods sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend.

Free Standard Shipping: via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Australia Post delivery time estimate sending to same state: Metro – up to 2 business days, Country – up to 5 business days.

Australia Post  delivery time estimate sending to interstate: Metro – up to 3-6 business days, Country – Varies dependent on location.

Flat Rate Express Shipping: $20.00 via Australia Post Express Post.  Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery if the address falls within the Australia Post Express Post network

Noosa Gift co. provides you (the purchaser) with an Australia Post tracking number – You can track your parcel’s delivery progress via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.

If premises are unattended a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.

Please note: Orders returned to Noosa Gift Co.  due to incorrect address, failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.

Late Deliveries

Refunds will not be given for late delivery. Noosa Gift Co. will not be held liable for late delivery outside of Australia Post’s stipulated delivery times.
